ALS Refresher Course
The EMS ALS Refresher is an advanced recertification program designed to strengthen the skills of paramedics and other advanced providers. This hybrid course includes 20-hours of live instruction, where experienced educators lead real-time discussions on advanced airway management, cardiology, trauma, pharmacology, and critical decision-making. To complement the live sessions, you’ll complete 40-hours of online blended modules developed with our partners at Public Safety Group, offering flexible, in-depth coverage of essential ALS content. Together, this program provides a complete, accredited path to recertification while ensuring you stay current with the latest standards of advanced prehospital care.
Street Ready Training
In the live sessions, experienced EMS instructors lead interactive discussions that focus on advanced airway management, cardiology, medical and trauma care, and high-stakes decision-making. Providers will work through challenging case studies, evidence-based updates, and scenario-based learning to sharpen clinical judgment and critical thinking. These real-time sessions are not only interactive but also tailored to the advanced provider role, ensuring practical relevance and immediate application in the field.

The 40-hours of online modules from Public Safety Group complement the live training with self-paced, multimedia content covering a wide range of advanced EMS topics. From advanced pharmacology to special populations and operations, these modules provide depth and flexibility while reinforcing key ALS competencies. Together, this 60-hour hybrid refresher ensures paramedics and ALS providers stay compliant, current, and fully prepared to deliver the highest level of prehospital care.
