Refund Policy
Virtual EMS Refresher Course
We want every student to feel confident when registering for our Virtual EMS Refresher Course. Please review our refund policy before enrolling:
1. Course Cancellation by Student

Full Refund: Requests made 7 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.

Partial Refund: Requests made within 7 days of the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refunds: Once the course has begun (live session started or course materials accessed), refunds will not be issued.

2. Course Cancellation by Provider

If the course is canceled by us (due to low enrollment, instructor emergency, or unforeseen circumstances), students will receive a 100% refund or may choose to transfer registration to a future course at no cost.

3. Transfers & Substitutions

Students may transfer their registration to a future course date once at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the originally scheduled course.

Substitutions (another provider taking your place) are allowed up until the course begins.

4. Technical Issues
​

Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and proper device access.

Refunds will not be issued for technical difficulties on the student’s end, but course rescheduling options may be offered at our discretion.

5. Refund Requests

All refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to courses@virtualemsrefresher.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
