REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Virtual EMS Refresher Course

We want every student to feel confident when registering for our Virtual EMS Refresher Course. Please review our refund policy before enrolling:

1. Course Cancellation by Student

  • Full Refund: Requests made 7 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.

  • Partial Refund: Requests made within 7 days of the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No Refunds: Once the course has begun (live session started or course materials accessed), refunds will not be issued.

2. Course Cancellation by Provider

​

  • If the course is canceled by us (due to low enrollment, instructor emergency, or unforeseen circumstances), students will receive a 100% refund or may choose to transfer registration to a future course at no cost.

3. Transfers & Substitutions

​

  • Students may transfer their registration to a future course date once at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the originally scheduled course.

  • Substitutions (another provider taking your place) are allowed up until the course begins.

4. Technical Issues

​

  • Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and proper device access.

  • Refunds will not be issued for technical difficulties on the student’s end, but course rescheduling options may be offered at our discretion.

5. Refund Requests

  • All refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to courses@virtualemsrefresher.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
